New Home

My new home in Sydney is so sad. There's no furniture. Waiting for the 20-footer container to arrive, hopefully by Aug. Currently using make shift boxes as table for laptop & speakers, sleeping in a blow-up mattress (use for camping), no fridge hence no cooking, hand-wash clothes, sitting in an outdoor chair. sigh...

This flat is actually the ground floor of a house. Vietnamese owner & his family are staying on the upper floor. Owner is quite a handy-man, most of the time he will be doing something. Apartments here within my budget are quite run-down. After staying in a house for my entire life, moving into an apartment feels kinda weird, crowded and have to climb 4 flight of stairs everyday to reach home.

Pictures of new place will be up when I get my Blackberry Pearl. From the picture it looks kinda cool. It looks too canggih for me. I may have difficulty getting a hand of it ;-p

To drown the sight of this place, I bought a bottle of sweet wine. Wine here is cheap and good, A$7.55. My sandwich couldn't have taste any better with the wine :-) My new encounter, people drinking bubbly, i.e. champagne, during breakfast. I hope I won't go home as an alcoholic... hehehe... or worst... beer belly!

After having pasta and bread (easier dinner to prepare) for a moth plus, I've gained weight... fat fat fat fat fat... Not good news as I need to take pictures for my marriage registration next MONTH!!!! ARGH!!!!!! Diet Diet Diet Diet.... So what the recourse? I'm going take start taking meal supplements, Herbalife. I hope it works for me as it did for Eric... pls pls pls....

I noticed... ok ok..I can't help it... guys here looks much better shape. Probably bcoz I was staying in a service apartment at Manly Beach for a month. Taking morning walks during the weekend was so incredible, such a scenic walk. Actually I had fully intension to have a jog (burn more calories maa...) but the surrounding was too distracting. It's winter time here and Aussie health conscious (not in terms of alcohol consumption though) and very environmental friendly. Recycling bins at every household, save on water & electricity. I was told that Aust is suffering a drought here even though it has been raining whole of last week. Freak weather now, flood further up north. However rain water is not reaching the dam.

My Service apatment in Manly.
