My First Pink Visitor

At last a visitor from back home, the pink variety... Mr. KH You. (apparently some gym members think he looks like Leon Lai... you'll be the judge :-) ) Didn't bring camera along, stole picture from facebook. instead (sorry Swee, I've cropped your face out... hehehe... ).

 

Mr. You managed to squeeze us in his tight holiday schedule... Need to pull some string in order to add 2 more dinner patron... jeezs... Well I didn't know we were heading a poshy restaurant, Rockpool. I've underestimated the pink entourage, it has to be g-l-a-m-o-r-o-u-s & a splash of d-r-a-m-a ...;-)

The ambiance was wonderful, but the food was rather disappointing. Our expectation was rather high since we had to fork out A$200 per person ! (I've to pay twice since I ask my other half to come along...sigh). Seriously, paying a little bit more, we could have tetsuya, world class eat-until-silly experience. Oh well, I'm sure I won't be coming here again.

After dinner while walking back, we came across a night club... Ivy. There was a queue, so we decided, hey.. night is still young. There was such a huge crowd ! And the music S-U-C-K-S ! However this did not deter some of us who were grooving the whole night. We stayed til 3am !!! Gosh, I feel so old, spent the whole of Sunday trying to recoup. Was walking like a zombie the whole day even though I woke up at 12 noon... heheheh....or probably I slept too much.
